Stephanie was AMAZING! She was very accommodating as we did make this request at the last minute and she over delivered! We had our Chick Fil A grand opening and she and her assistant were very professional and got the arch and inside garland done in no time. Balloons were of very high quality. We used Balloons Fete for our grand opening of our Pilates Studio House of Core in Brentwood Village. Wow. Stephanie, the owner, showed up with the most gorgeous balloons and proceeded to decorate an archway that was not only extravagant, but also elegant, & totally suited to our  branding. She was fun and fast and sweet and generous. It literally made our grand opening party a smashing success! In fact, we kept the balloons up for a week and got about 10 walk-ins because of those balloons. I have half a mind  to order balloons weekly from her. I cannot even begin to explain what an AMAZING experience I had with Stephanie for my sister's bridal shower. I sent an inquiry on Yelp for balloon service and from the get-go, I knew she was the one for me! She was the first to respond,  the only one who respected my budget and gave me options to work with, and kept a direct communication line throughout the entire process. I met her the day of our event and she was already there, with a big smile on her face and all the energy in the world! But her creation speaks on its own!
